New Character Phrolova

The version 2.5 introduces Phrolova, a 5-star Havoc-aligned Rectifier main DPS, poised to redefine the meta alongside her optimal support, Canterella.

• Multi-Stage Havoc Damage: Phrolova’s Normal and Skill attacks trigger rapid Havoc DMG stacks, applying a "Frequency Interference" debuff that reduces enemy resistance.
• Off-Field Burst: Her Outro Skill summons the Echo "Hecate," dealing sustained AoE Havoc DMG while boosting teamwide coordinated attack bonuses.
• Canterella Synergy: Phrolova’s energy demands and damage amplification align perfectly with Canterella’s Havoc DMG buffs and energy regeneration, forming a "Dual Havoc Core" team for unparalleled burst cycles.

Recommended Build for Phrolova:

• Signature Weapon: Likely a Harmonizer with CRIT DMG and ATK% substats.
• Echo Sets: "Night Queen" (Lorelei) for Havoc DMG boosts or "Thundering Wrath" for burst synergy.

Phase 1: Roccia

Roccia is an interesting character with her goofy ghost buddy who partners with her to wreck Havoc on her enemies. She is a 5-star Havoc Gauntlets character who focuses on providinng utility to the team via grouping enemies, deals some non-negligible damage and provides significant outro buffs.

Phase 2: Cantarella

Cantarella is 5-star Havoc Rectifier characeter. As a top-tier support in WuWa, she'not only capable of healing allies but also dishing out significant damage to enemies, and bunch of coordinated attacks, making her the perfect partner for Phrolova. She gives Havoc DMG and Skill DMG amplify to the next character with her outro skill. So, she pairs well with quite a bit of the cast.

Phase 2: Brant

Brant is a 5-star Fusion Sword character who specializes in dealing Basic Attack DMG. Unlike other healers, Brant plays more like a DPS with built-in sustain, offering team-wide healing and shielding while dishing out serious DMG.

He shines with longer on-field time, and the mutiplier of his Basic Attack can reach up to 1500%. His Resonance Skill deals even fuether with a whopping 1900% multiplier, making Brant a powerful and self-sufficient core for any Fusion team.

NEW Echo Set

Dream of the Lost (3-pc)

Each time a character in the team casts a Resonance Echo Skill, the current on-field character gains 3% CRIT Rate boost, stacking up to 4 times. At full stacks, the character gains an additional 8% CRIT Rate boost and increases 15% Havoc DMG.
