Blessing of the Abyssal Moon

Surgestrike Moon When a character triggers a Lunar reaction (Lunar-Bloom, Lunar-Charged, or Lunar-Crystallize) on an opponent, a shockwave will be unleashed at the opponent's position, dealing True DMG. This effect can be triggered once every 3s.

Ley Line Disorder

First Half Buff: Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by 75%.

Second Half Buff: Lunar-Crystallize DMG is increased by 75%.

Lunar-Charged teams are essential for the first half, and there is really no way around it. The presence of the Lord of the Hidden Depths, Whisperer of Nightmares in Chamber 3 essentially requires a Lunar team if you want to deal with the boss efficiently.

Likewise, Lunar-Crystallize is mandatory for the second half, and this is also non-negotiable. Frostnight Herra in the first chamber needs a Lunar team to bypass its absorption phase, and in Chamber 2, the Wilderness Hunters will significantly slow your progress if you are not using a Lunar team.

Chamber 1 First Half

Fishers of Hidden Depths

Fishers of Hidden Depths appear in groups of three, but you only need to focus on one, since the others will gather together after you destroy a single shield. 

Lunar-Charged compositions offer higher shield-breaking efficiency, but they are not strictly required, as older team archetypes remain viable.

 

Chamber 2 First Half

The boss in this chamber does not have any special mechanics, so once you break its shield, the fight becomes very manageable.

This chamber is fairly easy as long as your team has sufficient Hydro application. Since you will mostly be using Lunar teams, which require at least one Hydro character, that condition is naturally met. Prioritize applying Hydro and breaking its Pyro shield before setting up your rotation.

 

Chamber 2 Second Half

Wilderness Hunter x4

Wilderness Hunters appear two at a time, and defeating one will cause another to spawn right away.

Using Lunar teams is strongly recommended to bypass their Grief-Stricken state. Without them, you will likely spend significantly more time clearing the wave.

 

Chamber 3 First Half

Lord of the Hidden Depths - Whisperer of Nightmares

When it spawns, the Whisper of Nightmare will lunge once, then teleport away and summon four Fishers of Hidden Depths.

You can either burst down the main boss with Lunar damage or deal with the Fishers. Both approaches will break its shield, but focusing on the boss is generally more effective since it deals significant damage at the same time. Regardless of your choice, Lunar teams are strongly recommended, as the shield takes increased damage from Lunar damage.

 

Chamber 3 Second Half

Legatus Golem x1

The Legatus Golem starts the fight with a Geo shield. Use Geo attacks to break it efficiently. Lunar-Crystallize teams can handle this chamber with ease, as their consistent intermittent damage can effectively neutralize the shield.

 

Floor 12 Recommended Teams

First Half

For the first half, Lunar reaction damage is needed to speed up clears, and there is also a Lunar-Charged damage bonus buff in effect. The second chamber boss, Sternshield Crab, essentially requires Hydro application, making Lunar-Charged teams the most optimal choice.

Other strong options include Lunar-Bloom, high-investment Neuvillette, Skirk, and other highly invested, top-tier hypercarry compositions that can brute-force the content with sheer stats.
