Generally speaking, the main component of a Vaporize team will consist of 2 Pyro characters, 1 Main DPS and 1 Support, 1 to 2 Hydro Characters to buff and support the team and 1 Anemo character to help facilitate the reactions better and buff the team depending on the team.

Some of the best Vaporize centric teams in Genshin Impact for the different DPS characters are:

Mavuika Vaporize Burst Team

The Mavuika Vaporize Burst team focuses on providing Mavuika with huge damage buffs by incorporating 3 different damage supports in the form of Bennett, Furina and Xilonen, with Furina providing good off-field Hydro familiars for Hydro application needed for Mavuika to trigger the Vaporize Elemental Reaction. This team performs even better if Bennett is at C6, allowing Mavuika to infuse all of her attacks with Pyro, helping to improve her on field DPS even more with more powerful Pyro buffs.

Arlecchino/Hutao Charge Attack Vaporize Team

Functions similarly to the Mavuika Vaporize team,and due to how Hutao and Arlecchino’s skill kit works similarly to each other, the Arlecchino/ Hutao Hypercarry Vaporize Team focuses on enabling Arlecchino or Hutao by providing them with as much Damage buffs as possible while allowing Furina to apply the Hydro mark on the enemies with her familiars in order to facilitate the Vaporize elemental reactions.

Please note that the timing for this team is quite difficult as you will need to use Arlecchino and Hutao’s Charge Attacks to deal as much damage as possible while the Hydro mark is on the enemies.

Additionally, due to how Arlecchino’s kit works, healing her might prove difficult with the Bond of Life debuff, so be careful when facing boss enemies.

Yoimiya Normal Attack Team

The team consists of Genshin Impact’s 3 best 4* characters: Bennett, Xiangling and Xinqiu, with either Xiangling or Bennett serving as the main DPS for the team with Bennett’s C6 active.

Generally speaking, this team focuses on allowing the team to enable different kinds of Vaporize team, so the role of the 4th slot can be adjusted accordingly with high level Pyro Main DPS characters or other support characters depending on the characters that the players have access to. For this example, we will slot in Dahlia as a good F2P option to consider.

 

Best Melt Teams

The Melt team in Genshin Impact prefers the way a Pyro centric team would take advantage of the high damage modifiers of the Pyro + Cryo Elemental Reaction to deal massive amounts of Pyro damage in a single instance. Due to this, the order of applying the Pyro and Cryo mark is extremely important in this team, so players should preferably bring a good Cryo off-field enabler to boost the power of the Pyro on field DPS damage. This team focuses on taking full advantage of Citlali’s off field Cryo shield that allow her to reduce enemies’ Pyro resistance, Xilonen and Bennett’s Strong Attack buffing abilities to boost the damage of Mavuika to the maximum, allowing Mavuika to use her Elemental Burst as frequently as possible while on field.

Arlecchino/ Hutao Charge Attack Melt Team

Functioning similarly to the Mavuika Melt Team, Arlecchino and Hutao’s version of the Melt team consists of the same team members as Mavuika’s team with the purpose of buffing their damage as high as possible while taking full advantage of her on field damage output.

If you are running 2 different Pyro teams and don’t want to use the same teammates for Mavuika and Arlecchino/ Hutao, you can consider replacing Xilonen with Furina, Citlali with Charlotte and Bennett with Kazuha to still have a good damaging team with suitable buffs.

F2P Melt Team

The F2P Melt team focuses on constantly dealing Pyro damage on enemies and helps the team alternate between Melt and Reverse Melt elemental reactions, boosting both the different Cryo and Pyro damage instances. This team can be done with Charlotte’s constant Cyro normal attacks and her powerful long lasting Elemental Burst that inflict Cryo onto the enemies with the help of both Sucrose and Xiangling’s off field abilities to help boost the damage output and reduce enemies’ resistances.

Bennett or Xiangling can serve as the main DPS for the F2P thanks to Bennett’s strong damage buffing ability and his C6 allowing him to infuse melee character’s normal attacks with the pyro element.

Best Overload Teams

The Overload teams in Genshin Impact are generally less used than the Melt or Vaporize team due to their overall difficulty to use, especially against large groups of enemies since it is hard to control the enemies when they are inflicted with the Overload Elemental Reaction. By inflicting enemies with Ororon’s Electro marks and alternating between Mavuika and Chevreuse on stage, you will be able to deal big damage to enemies with the Overload reaction while being buffed by Bennett.

F2P Overload Team

Pyro Specialist teams mainly prefer teams that don't rely on different elemental reactions to boost their damage but instead rely solely on different sources of Pyro buffs or different unique skill kits of the Pyro Main DPS to deal with enemies with minimal elemental reaction triggers.

Lyney Pyro Team

Additionally, due to his Charge Attack and Elemental Burst reliant skill kit, it is better to buff him with various different buffs from Kazuha and Bennett while supplementing his damage while he charges his Charge Attacks with Xiangling’s off field Pyronado.

Gaming Plunging Attack Team

In a similar vein to Lyney’s Pyro Team, Gaming’s unique Plunging based gameplay makes it generally more difficult to make full use of the different elemental reactions.
