What does “Pending Settlement” mean?
“Pending Settlement” means the commission is still within the 7-day settlement period and is not yet available for withdrawal. What conduct is prohibited?

If no fraud, violation, or other non-compliant activity is confirmed, the restriction may be lifted and normal eligible commissions will continue to be handled in accordance with the Program rules.
What happens if a violation is confirmed?
LDShop may cancel the affected commissions, deduct unpaid commissions, terminate participation rights immediately, and pursue legal liability where applicable. Unsettled commissions below the payout threshold will not be paid after termination.
